My grandma is having
dementia
Q: Dear Dr Zilberter,
I am afraid that my grandma is having a dimentia. Are there any natural ways to stop or reverse if? Any special foods, or life styles? Please, help, it's heaarbreaking to want her fading away.
Ellen
A: Dear Ellen,
I can tell you about prevention of dementia, but since I don't know how bad or how not-so-bad your Grandma condition is, there's only so much I can tell.
I've written several popular articles and it might be best if you read them to see if any of them does make sense. Don't hesitate asking me any further questions. Should you decide to ask again, please, tell me more about your Grandma, how old she is, is she sedentary or active, what are her food preferences, does she live alone or in the family, does she have a pet, etc.
